- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great Doctors! Unprofessional office staff. My family has been coming to South Hills Dermatology for years and have no complaints about the doctors. Over the past several years I have noticed that the clerical staff has become unprofessional and unbecoming for a dermatology office. I was treated rudely on the phone recently when calling to make an appointment for my mother in law, and then when I drove her to the visit we were greeted by a receptionist with blue and white hair and an obscene amount of eye makeup.
