  Front office staff and nurses aid that checked us in were excellent. However, the dr, or PA whichever she was, could use a class on customer service skills. If someone could've came into the 100 degree exam room that they placed us in this morning after sitting in there for atleast 45 minutes and given us an update on how busy they were, perhaps we could've decided to wait it out, or go somewhere else. Instead, when I finally poked my head out because my son was ready to vomit, and asked about how much longer, I was told by the ? MD, that She- was giving instructions to- A- Pediatric- patient-which she shouldn't have shared w/ hippa privacy laws- and that there were still 2 patients in front of us. Not, I'm so sorry , we are so busy and will try and get to your child as soon as possible. I work in the medical field, and have for 27 years, and would Never speak to one of my families like that. I really hope that she learns how to speak w/ concerend families, and perhaps learns some empathy.

  I have gone here many times over the years since either moved here.... They have been extremely helpful every time I came to them! They have helped me when my own pcp didn't have the time! This place has also saved me from going to the ER and spending 7 times the cost for the same care... I have never had a bad experience here... if only my own pcp gave this level of attention and detail....
