- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be Very Careful!! I had some insurance issues that were due in part to a poor record keeping system at PHC. Earlier this year and was scheduled to be seen, when I discussed with Brenda my insurance situtation I was told firstly my health was more important and to her knowledge I would not receive a bill for services provided for that visit. This was a lie. Ninety days later in todays post I received a bill in the amount of $164.49 and NO one can remember anything. This is disappointing. Clients are told that Ryan White funds are available however what's NOT said up front, is often this bills have to go into collection, and often get the run around. I could not recommend the PHC to friends, family and or my worst enemy.July 14, 2017by Vincent Katz
