  I would advise anyone thinking of getting a credit card here not to do so. After paying a fairly high interest rate for over a year we decided to pay the balance off in full. Somehow they were still adding late fees and finance charges to our account. Two times this happened after paying the balance in full. There is "nothing" their customer service can do.

  You guys suck. UPDATE: Bill, the owner, directed me to update my review to make him look better. He asked me to elaborate on why I said they suck. I purchased my puppy on Monday around 8:30 PM it is now Thursday and he is already at his second visit to the vets!! I am having them run a parvo test on him today while he is there. His name is Boomer. Since Tuesday morning this little boy has had nothing but issues, his nose is all clogged up he can hardly breathe, he has a cough and is gagging a ton, has yeast infections in both ears and is having some diarrhea. He is also very lethargic. He tries to hop around and play like a puppy then falls right on his face. Petland suggested I bring him back to them and they will keep him for a few days, great idea right? I think not. My girlfriend and I asked several questions about this little puppies health and were COMPLETELY lied to. He was sick when we brought him home and they knew it. We are both very worried about our little boomer and dont want to see him in and out of the vets. I called the store today to reach out to Bill again, seems that he's out of town for a month and they asked if they could take a message. This whole place needs shut down. The workers are rude and extremely unprofessional, Bill is a con artist and my boomboom is not healthy. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I would suggest that people DO buy their puppies from here only to save them from the horrible living conditions they keep them in. You guys are TERRIBLE and I will never step foot in your store again. I will update this post with boomers health results. UPDATE 11/09/2017: Boomer is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I took my little guy to the vets until we figured out how to get him better. He is so playful now and filled with so much energy. It would’ve been nice if I were reimbursed for the vet bills, but Boomer fighting his illness and being in good health is priceless! Throughout all of this mess, not a single person from the store followed up with me to check on Boomers status... which is kind of twisted if you ask me. I even left them a message for Bill, which was never returned. My opinions of Petland and it’s owner still stand strong, and you guys do indeed STILL suck. And Bill, I am still waiting for you to return my call!

  This is the worst store I've ever been to I know a lot of people who puppies have died from parvo days after getting them here but I still went. Stood there for about an hour the first time waiting for help. No one offered help and there were like two families there picking out 10 different puppies. Couldn't even get a chance to talk to anyone, when I would go near a worker they would run in the back. So I left. Went back again waited for a half hour and finally after careful planning I ran up to one before she could waddle away.. the fat lady stared at me for a while and said are you playing or planning to buy with the worst attitude I've ever seen. I said buy. She immediately turned into the nicest woman ever and ran back and got the puppy. Handled them very poorly too. A lot of them were playing way too rough and poop was all over their cages. She tried so hard to sell me this dog for 3000 dollars. I told her I would come back as I was going away for a few days and I didn't wanna put it in the kennel days after I got it. She said that would be fine and I should just get him. But I said no I'll come back. Her attitude reverted back to her awful attitude. She said we were done with the dog and I accepted it. Wanted out of there and never coming back
