Customer Reviews about Golden Mile Animal Clinic
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our poor Annie died when we brought her there. It was very sudden and upset us terribly. Everyone there was very compassionate and caring. They gave us as much time to be with her and offered very kind words. They helped us make decisions how to take care of Annie's body. Two days later a sympathy card came from them. I fine it hard to believe that people felt them uncaring.October 12, 2017by Gretchen Reed
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can not rave about this vet office enough. The staff is amazing and has true heart when it comes to animal care. Melissa takes the time to learn each animal and the owners, Dr. Sarah is kind and compassionate and lastly Dr. Showalter is a no nonsense straight from the hip kinda guy. I will be a lifetime customer. Thank yinz all for the level of care you provide. Thank you. xxooAugust 16, 2017by nicole coulter
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My brother recently went here to put his dog (family member of 13 years) down. His dog was suffering terribly and my brother had made the tough decision to end his dog's suffering. And this vet had zero compassion. Thankfully, he decided to leave and find someone else that will make this a more confortable experience for both himself and his dog. My question is, how do you decide to become a vet and don't consider people's feelings as well as make this a comfortable transition for the dog? Unfortunately the reality is there are miserable people in this world that get into service professions for the wrong rea$on$. My hope is that this vet reads this post and seriously does some self reflection and considers his actions and changes for the better. Or I hope that (if he doesn't read this) people never bring their pets to his establishment for services. He should be ashamed of how he treated this situation.May 30, 2017by ADIO
